Immigration Business Plan and Research Services for 188 Visas

Posted on 20/08/10 in Company News, Migration News, 7 Comments

After a lengthy period, all States have now released their 188 provisional business visa criteria (both streams), with the only exception being NSW. However we were advised by senior NSW staff that this will be released very shortly and will most likely follow much of the requirements of the old 163 visa criteria.

While the requirements set by DIBP to qualify for the 188 business visa are now including an increase in net assets and a point score system, BzMark has studied the many business visa applicants that it has assisted in the past years and more than 95% of these applicants would have passed the minimum point score of 65.

Skill Select and EOI has changed the way of processing the business visas, but this should not present major hurdles for you and your clients.

Each State has a slight different approach in the way they deal with the sponsorship application and further detail of this you will find on our web site next week.

Some key requirements to gain State sponsorship are;

  • Personal research and a visit is recommended in all States
  • Meeting with the Government for SA, TAS, ACT (and most likely NSW) is required if sponsorships are to be issued by these States.

world-519753_960_720We were also advised that each State will receive a quota and this will most likely result in the State selecting the best applicants. It is therefore important that the application is presented in the best possible form, including immigration business plan, research and visit to the State where sponsorship is sought.

To this end BzMark can continue to assist business professionals with your business migrant applicants.

We prepare comprehensive immigration business plans that include desk research, facilitate personal research tours and accompany applicants to Government interviews. We can also assist with the EOI and Online application forms (Business parts only).

Pricing for the above services is;

  • Business plan to satisfy the EOI and 188 State requirements $1,600
  • EOI completion (business part) free of charge if we prepare the business plan.
  • Full day research tour, for all Eastern States $2,200 (NSW $1,900)
  • Transfer the business plan details onto the State online application form $200

*all pricing ex GST

Please note that a 10% discount is offered if we are engaged for a combined immigration business plan and research tour.

Research tours are highly recommended as this is related directly to the business proposal of the visa applicant and also fulfils the requirements of the State Government by conducting personal research.

    Hi I have a client who is applying for the 188 visa and he requires a business plan. However before I can agree to anything, I would like to view a sample of your business plan so that i am happy with it and that i will be able to collect all necessary information from my client.
