Genuine Position Criteria

Posted on 20/10/15 in Company News, Migration News, No Comments

It has become evident that the Case Officers are increasingly questioning the Genuine Position Criteria for skilled migration business cases. This is partially due to the fact that the Case Officers have been given more discretionary power to question, approve or reject cases but also due to the fact that many applications are prepared incorrectly with partial, misleading or inconsistent information.

Many of these cases requiring supplementary explanation come to our desk for our assistance in order to achieve the final positive outcome for the client. We can not stress more how important it is to prepare an accurate, consistent and commercially logical case in the first place as it is much harder to rectify the error that has previously been made during the initial application.

In preparing business case overviews, BzMark acts as an additional ‘case-proofing layer’, which ensures that the information presented is adequately addressing the comprehensive and complex visa criteria. Due to our extensive practical IP and ability to provide experienced business advice on how to best position each case to get the desired outcome, our service is sought after by the number of prominent migration law firms and migration experts around the country.

BzMark does not believe in preparation of ‘partial documents’ (such as separate Genuine Position or Market Salary) as these can indeed create room for misinterpretation and lack of understanding by the Case Officer who is assessing the case. (These are prepared only under special circumstances.) Remember, there is one chance only to get the right result and I believe no risk should be taken to jeopardise the positive outcome of any case.

BzMark’s team of business plan writers are committed and passionate about delivering the successful outcome for all of our clients. We appreciate receiving feedback from our clients as we use this productively to learn and improve our services.
