September results show an increase in activity with 49 nominations for subclass 188 visa.

The table below shows the total number of migrants that were nominated by each state/territory during July, August and September 2012.

While the criteria for business innovation and investment (subclass 188) visa has slightly changed due to increased net assets and mandatory point test eligibility, the business talent (permanent) (subclass 132) visa has remained the same during the course of last year. This is the single reason why the 132 permanent visa has become even more attractive to the eligible business applicants.

To date EOI activity, although very limited, is showing increased interest in 132 visa applications. In the past several months, BzMark has also effectively assisted in the delivery of several successful 132 visa approvals, liaising with the state government, conducting the tailored business research and preparing the business plan for final submission.

Due to the increased complexity of individual state government application process, we have produced the ‘all in one’ 132 flow chart reflecting each individual State Government requirements for your easy reference and convenience.
