Theo Ruygrok MAICD B.Bus ASA – Managing Director
Theo works closely with business migrants and assists them in starting and running successful businesses in Australia. Theo has assisted business migrants with research tours and in-depth discussions with various Government departments, negotiated many successful trade deals between Australian and overseas customers and suppliers, and assisted local businesses with turn-around strategies and implemented road maps for business growth.
Theo has assisted and coached senior management from Thomson Legal and Regulatory Group, Digital Corporation, Pioneer International, Salmat Ltd., Coles and Myer, among others. From 2002 to 2008, Theo co-founded TEYS Ltd, a Fund Manager and one of the largest Strata Management companies in Australia. As a Chief Financial Officer, Director and later Chief Operations Officer, Theo helped the business grow to a portfolio of $165M in Funds under Management and a Strata portfolio of over 28,000 apartments with a total capital worth of over $6B. In 2007, Theo negotiated a listing for TEYS Ltd on the Australian Stock Exchange with Macquarie Bank Ltd.
Theo has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance and Economics and is an Associate Member of the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants and Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Vesna Ruygrok MBus Mktg. BChem – General Manager
Vesna is responsible for preparation of business plans, feasibility research and marketing projects for clients.
Vesna has assisted numerous migration agents and business clients for almost two decades now. Both Business and Skilled Migrants have relied on Vesna’s extensive technical knowledge and business expertise in developing immigration business plans and in-depth market research relative to their businesses in Australia. Comprehensive feasibility studies involving new commercial ventures have also been produced by Vesna and her work in this field has been crucial to the success of many businesses which continue to flourish today. Vesna held senior Marketing and Research roles in Nissan Australia, The Learning Channel and CSIRO. During her business career, Vesna has been instrumental in driving effective marketing campaigns for some of the above organisations which had direct impact on their organic growth and revenue figures. She also held an Assistant Researcher position in Mathematics and is an accredited translator for several Easter European languages.
Vesna has Masters qualifications in Business with specialisation in Marketing. Her love for science has driven her to obtain a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry.
